Specifics on Target Sessions for Zones 2 and 5 in Exercise Routine

For Zone 2, the target session should be 30 minutes, 2 times per week initially, but can progress to 3 hours per week through 3-4 sessions. For Zone 5, a target session once a week is recommended. Skinning on skis and rucking have been effective for improving low back pain and overall body health. The use of a waist strap with a rucking backpack is beneficial and the Go Rock company offers great options.
