The Prompt Engineer is the Last Job for Humans

Prompt engineering is the highest level of abstraction in the stack of human jobs. From manually doing arithmetic to using spreadsheets, macros, and accounting software, as we move further up the abstraction stack, the last job for humans is prompt engineering. While AI may be better at writing prompts, the challenge lies in creating an AI that can understand the meaning behind prompts and do what is intended, rather than strictly following instructions.
