William Wilkinson

William Wilkinson was an Englishman appointed as the Levant Company's representative in Bucharest in 1813. He wrote this book in 1820, which was one of the sources used by Bram Stoker for his novel 'Dracula'. Wilkinson later served in Syros and died in Paris in 1836.
