Vijay L. Kelkar is an Indian economist and academic, who is the chairman of the Forum of Federations, Ottawa & India Development Foundation, New Delhi and chairman of Janwani – a social initiative of the Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture in Pune.
