Taylor Kay Phillips

Taylor Kay Phillips is a writer, actor, and comedian born and raised in Kansas City, MO. She currently lives in New York City and works as a writer for Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. Phillips has also written for various publications including The New Yorker, McSweeney’s, and The Atlantic. She is known for her humor and has created several comedy projects, including the comedy game show 'Citizenship LIVE!' and musical comedy duo Dylan Taylor.
