T. G. Otte

Professor of Diplomatic History at the University of East Anglia. He is a leading international historian and has authored or edited fourteen books, including 'The China Question' and 'The Foreign Office Mind'. Otte has also served as an adviser to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
