Sir Michael Francis O'Dwyer

Sir Michael Francis O'Dwyer was an Irish colonial officer in the Indian Civil Service and served as the Lieutenant Governor of Punjab from 1913 to 1919. He is known for his role during the Jallianwala Bagh massacre and later wrote extensively about his experiences in India.
