Shannon Mustipher

Shannon Mustipher is a bartender in Brooklyn, best known for her recipe book, Tiki: Modern Tropical Cocktails. In July, she was named by Drinks International as one of the 100 top influential figures in the bar industry worldwide. She is also the first African-American bartender to publish a cocktail recipe book in over 100 years.
