Robert H. Bork

Robert H. Bork was an American judge, lawyer, and legal scholar. He is best known for his role as a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and his nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court, which was not confirmed. Bork was a prominent figure in the development of antitrust law and a key proponent of the consumer welfare standard.
