Robert A Theobald

Robert Theobald was a Rear Admiral in the U.S. Navy who served during World War II. He is known for his controversial book 'The Final Secret of Pearl Harbor', which argued that President Franklin D. Roosevelt deliberately provoked Japan into attacking Pearl Harbor.
