Peg BRACKEN

Peg Bracken was an American author and humorist, best known for her cookbook 'The I Hate to Cook Book'. Born in 1918, she was a pioneering figure in challenging traditional gender roles through her writing. Bracken worked as an advertising copywriter and later became a successful author, writing several books that reflected her witty and practical approach to cooking and household chores. She passed away in 2007.
