Nyogen Senzaki

Nyogen Senzaki, a Buddhist scholar of international stature, was born in Japan. He became a 'homeless monk,' wandering from one Buddhist monastery to another, and eventually lived in California for over 50 years, radiating the free and creative spirit of Zen.
