Nicholas Blanford

Nicholas Blanford is a nonresident senior fellow with the Atlantic Council’s Middle East Programs. He is a Beirut-based consultant and a defense and security correspondent, having reported extensively from Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and other Middle Eastern countries. He has written for various publications including The Times, The Christian Science Monitor, and Al-Jazeera America. Blanford is also the author of 'Warriors of God: Inside Hezbollah’s Thirty-Year Struggle Against Israel'.
