Matthew
Traditionally attributed to Matthew, also known as Levi, a tax collector and one of the twelve apostles of Jesus. He is believed to have written the Gospel of Matthew, which presents Jesus as the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy and the Messiah for Israel.
