Malachi O'Doherty

Malachi O'Doherty is a Northern Irish journalist and writer. He grew up in a 1950s Belfast housing estate and witnessed the start of the Troubles firsthand. O'Doherty has worked as a journalist for the BBC, Belfast’s newspapers, as a correspondent for the Scotsman during the peace process, and as a commentator on Northern Irish affairs for the New Statesman.
