Major James Capers Jr.

Major James Capers Jr. is a highly decorated Marine Corps veteran known for being the first Black officer in Marine special operations. He served over 23 years, including combat tours in Vietnam, and participated in more than 50 classified missions. Capers is recognized for his leadership, valor, and breaking racial barriers in the military.
