Lama Anagarika Govinda

Lama Anagarika Govinda, born Ernst Lothar Hoffmann, was a renowned Buddhist scholar and writer from the West. He studied philosophy, religious science, and archaeology in Europe before deeply engaging with Buddhism in India. Govinda was the founder of the Arya Maitreya Mandala order and an exponent of Tibetan Buddhism.
