In the episode of #TheHabitCoach, Ashdin Doctor is joined by Swami Purnachaitanya, Bestselling Author, Speaker, and Spiritual Guide, also known as #TheDutchMonk. In the first part of the series, Swami ji tells us about his roots and about his story of getting into meditation among other things.

He explains that real meditation is a state where you go behind the mind, where you're no longer consciously doing something or thinking about something. Further, Swami ji also shares an exercise for everyone to try - he says when we try to meditate the next time, for a moment or so, we should imagine and feel as if we're dead, as if everything is finished. This exercise will help you forget about any responsibilities you have and keep your mind calm.
