Jessica Bacal

Jessica Bacal, MFA, Ed.D., is an educator, author, and director of Reflective and Integrative Practices and the Wurtele Center for Leadership at Smith College. She writes and teaches about women’s leadership, failure, and resilience at work, and is the author of “Mistakes I Made at Work” and “The Rejection That Changed My Life.”[1][8]
