

Jerry Floersch
Kath Weston is an American anthropologist, author, and academic. Born on November 2, 1958, in Illinois, she has a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Chicago and an M.A. and Ph.D. from Stanford University. She is a Guggenheim Fellow and has received the Ruth Benedict Prize twice for her anthropological works. Currently, she is Professor of Anthropology at the University of Virginia and British Academy Global Professor in the Department of Social Anthropology at the University of Edinburgh.
