Jerome Lawrence

Jerome Lawrence, originally Jerome L. Schwartz, was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on July 14, 1915. He earned a B.A. from Ohio State University in 1937 and co-founded the Armed Forces Radio Services during World War II. Lawrence collaborated with Robert E. Lee on numerous plays, including 'Inherit the Wind'.
