James "Jim" Haas

A 26-year-old SEAL lieutenant who built and commanded a small navy in the Congo, contributing to the defeat of communism. He also served in the U.S. Surface Navy, was involved in the Gulf of Tonkin incident, and worked with SOG in Vietnam.
