We are back with an episode unpacking another foundational aspect of Human Design: inner authorities.

Our inner authority is the unique place in each of our bodies that we can access to make better decisions that are in alignment with our unique gifts and life path.

Human Design shows us that our human minds have enormous computing power, but it’s only by connecting to the wisdom of our bodies that we can truly know what is best for us. It also teaches us that we truly are our own best authority! We each have an inner compass available to us that we can access moment-by-moment to guide us through life.

I’m joined by my dear friend and collaborator Sam Pfotenhauer (@wildriver) to unpack the first three inner authorities: Solar Plexus (emotional), Sacral, and Splenic.
