Herbert Sherman Gorman

Herbert Sherman Gorman was an American writer born in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1893. He worked as a reporter and editor for several newspapers, including the Times and the Herald Tribune. Gorman was a prolific author of historical novels and biographies, and he is also known for his pioneering biography of James Joyce.
