Gregg Stebben

Ilya Ponomarev was a member of the Russian Parliament from 2007 to 2016. He is known for being the only member to vote against the annexation of Crimea in 2014. Ponomarev has been in exile since then and currently resides in Kyiv, where he has joined Ukraine's armed territorial defense forces.
