Frank G. Hoffman
Frank G. Hoffman is a Distinguished Research Fellow at the Institute for National Strategic Studies, Center for Strategic Research at National Defense University. He is a retired Marine officer and has contributed significantly to military theory, particularly in the areas of hybrid warfare and organizational learning.
