Floyd Arthur 'Baldy' Harper

Floyd Arthur 'Baldy' Harper was an American economist and educator known for his contributions to libertarian thought. He was a professor at Cornell University, a charter member of the Mont Pèlerin Society, and the founder of the Institute for Humane Studies.
