Dorothy Bryant

Dorothy Bryant was an American writer born in San Francisco in 1930. She was the first in her family to graduate from college and earned her living teaching until she began writing full-time. Bryant is known for her mystical, feminist, and fantastic novels and plays that explore the space between the real world and her characters' inner psyche or soul.
