
Dom Hubert van Zeller
Dom Hubert van Zeller (1905–1984) was a Benedictine monk, theologian, and sculptor who lived at Downside Abbey in England. Born in Egypt to British parents, he entered the Benedictine novitiate at age nineteen and was known for his spiritual writings, retreats, and artworks adorning churches in Britain and the United States. He was a friend of notable Catholic writers such as Msgr. Ronald Knox and Evelyn Waugh.
