Brand New Thought travels to Hawaii to meet the wonderful Christine Heath.

Christine is the director of the Hawaii Counseling & Education Center and an Executive Board member of the 3 principles global community. She has been working as a marriage and family therapist and consultant to human service businesses for 35 years.

We talked about the subtleties of how the mind works and how appreciating them can, almost instantly, guide us back to our innate health and wellness.

Christine has been part of the 3 principles movement from the early days, so we also talked about the legacy of Sydney Banks, the Scottish mystic who discovered the principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought.

I asked her about the Hawaiian perceptions of wellness, and she shared how Hawaiians refer to "Aloha", "Pono" and "Mana" to describe the spiritual energy of life, our innate wellbeing and the importance of staying grounded in beautiful feelings.
