Axel Kaiser Barents von Hohenhagen

Axel Kaiser Barents von Hohenhagen is a Chilean-German lawyer, political scientist, and author. He holds a Master in Investments, Commerce and Arbitration, and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Heidelberg. He is the Director of the Friedrich Hayek Chair at the Adolfo Ibáñez University in Santiago de Chile and a Senior Fellow at the Atlas Center for Latin America. He has published in various international media outlets and is known for his work on liberalism and free-market economics.
