Arthur William Edgar O'Shaughnessy

Born in London on March 14, 1844, Arthur O'Shaughnessy was an English poet and herpetologist. He worked in the Natural History Department of the British Museum and published four volumes of poetry. He is best known for his poem 'Ode,' which celebrates the spirit of artists and dreamers.
