Arshay Cooper

Arshay Cooper is an author and the co-founder of the first all-Black high school rowing team in the United States. Growing up on Chicago’s West Side, Cooper faced numerous challenges but found transformation through the sport of rowing. His story has been documented in his book and a subsequent documentary.
