In today’s episode we absolutely geeked out because we got to speak to arguably the number 1 triathlon coach in the world right now, Arild Tveiten. Arild is the head coach and sports director of the Norwegian Triathlon Federation.  At the Olympics in Tokyo 2021, Kristian Blummenfelt, who has been coached by Arild for 11 years, took the gold medal in the men's individual event, and fellow Norwegian athletes Gustav Iden, Casper Stornes, and Lotte Miller finished 8th, 11th and 24th, respectively. (Gustav also just won the 70.3 World Championships for the 2nd time. Arild didn’t have to give us all his best secrets into how he coaches the best athletes in the world… but he did!
