ʻAbdu'l-Bahá (1844 – 1921) was the eldest son of Baháʼu'lláh, the founder of the Baháʼí Faith. In 1908, ʻAbdu'l-Bahá was released from imprisonment and went on to travel widely, spreading the Baháʼí teachings.
