It is different this time around as there are shortages of medicines and oxygen across the country, this is further amplified by social media. The Pop duo are joined by a mental health professional to discuss dealing with the lockdown this time around.
Prachi Vaish is a Clinical Psychologist & Psychotherapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and Founder of Emotional Wellness Initiatives. She is also a mom to a 12 year old boy. They discuss the impact of mental health due the 2nd wave of the pandemic and lockdown and dealing with anxiety and stress.
