It’s hard to believe we are welcoming you to the first episode of 2024! We hope you had a fantastic holiday season and cannot wait to dive into everything we have coming down the pipeline for WIIRE with you all!

This week on the podcast, we are doing a deep dive into 2023: our achievements, both individual and with WIIRE, and will also be sharing with you some of our wins and some (gasp) failures. Our word for the year 2023 was ELEVATE, and we absolutely delivered on that!

We encourage all of you to look back at your year. Write down your wins, what you could have done better, what you wished you spent more time on, and what you are proud of. Put it on paper, and be proud of what you’ve accomplished. Let the rest be a roadmap for where you are heading in 2024!
