It was an absolute pleasure to have this guy as a guest for this weeks Strength Chat. In this episode I was joined by a powerlifter who has been involved in the sport for 40+ years and is still breaking records and winning national and international titles, David Ricks. At this years World Powerlifting Championships in Sweden David won his 10th World Championship, as well as setting new world records in the bench press and deadlift, all with managing a stomach virus. To still be performing at the elite level for such a long period of time, we chatted about his secret to success, the changes he has seen throughout his time involved in powerlifting and what is more to come from David Ricks.
