It's super normal to have an anxiety spike on Mondays. There are a couple of reasons and one of the big ones is Social Anxiety. We've got to start socialising with people again in our 9-5. Small talk and water-cooler chat should be illegal, so we’ve got some tips to help yourself shake off your Monday nerves.
