I bring you the first of many dark horses that I get to call friends and colleagues. Today my old PT school classmate, Betta Clark, joins me to talk about her journey thus far. Betta and I were treatment partners in PT school and looking back on our treatment notes we've both changed our approach significantly. We chat about how overwhelming being "the fixer" is, how scary it used to be to provoke pain during exercise, and how Betta's own postpartum experience changed her views on what it means to have "pelvic floor dysfunction." Enjoy!
