Episode 29 - Scott Carpenter

On this podcast episode we had a chance to talk with Scott Carpenter. Scott starts off the episode talking about what got him into the fitness industry coming from the corporate world. He then talks about how bad things can happen to you and you would also learn from those bad things if you keep moving forward and progressing. He goes into how to convince your clients into becoming a better version of themselves with dedication. He then explains what overlapping PT is which he came up with and goes to explain the advantages of overlapping PT against 1 on 1 PT. He also talks about what he learned throughout the years in his business having multiple gyms. He then finishes the first part of this two parter podcast talking about how he acquired two new buildings during the peak of COVID season and what was going through his mind during this move.
