Leandro Sgallari is a triathlon coach based out of Buenos Aires, Argentina and is a graduate of the Strength Training for Cyclists Certification course. Leandro was not always an endurance athlete, and in fact comes from a background of Rugby.
Leandro's coaching practice is incredibly special, as he does deep dives into data, but ALSO puts a huge emphasis on mindfulness and awareness. We'll hear how Leandro works to balance these two things for each individual athlete to help them find the right blend of art & science, for them, their needs, and their results.
