Bart Elmore (Author of “Seed Money: Monsanto's Past and Our Food Future” and “Citizen Coke: The Making of Coca-Cola Capitalism”) joins Jay today. They speak about his beginnings prior to becoming an author, and dive into how Coca-Cola became what it is today, and why. They then discuss how Monsanto started and became the largest seller of genetically engineered seeds, and their effect on the world. Jay and Bart finish off the conversation by talking about measures you can take to keep a healthier and cleaner diet.
