On this episode of chasing optimum Jaxson asked to catch up with Mat to share his struggles with gambling. It’s an ongoing tog of war between living clean or dinking and gambling and he has asked his Dad for help to build up some strength to stop and manage it. Mat doesn’t have all the answers but listens and shares his knowledge in beating addictions. It will be a slow road but together they will do it.
