Joseph M. Humire is a national security expert specializing in analyzing Transregional Threats in the Western Hemisphere. Humire provides regular briefings on countering China, Russia, and Iran’s authoritarian influence in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as combating the convergence of international terrorism and transnational organized crime.
Humire currently serves as the executive director of the national security think tank—Center for a Secure Free Society
