About the guest: Richard Griffith, Professor of Industrial Organizational Psychology and the Executive Director of The Institute for Cross Cultural Management at the Florida Institute of Technology, provides coaching and consulting in global leadership, cross-cultural management, and DEI. He has authored over 100 publications, co-edited multiple books, and has conducted funded research for the U.S. Department of Defense.
