This week's episode is a guided meditation related to going beyond fear. We hold onto fear in the subconscious layers of our mind. The mind itself goes back and forth into all of the suppression and karmic contracts. Many times we are not aware because the fear is so deeply rooted in our brain. With the help of meditation, we can give a conscious outlet to fear. In this guided meditation, we use two powerful mantras including Vum Hroom (h is silent) and SA KA LA HAREEM. We hope this meditation helps you to cultivate conscious outlets of fear so it may be released.
