Emilio Diez Barroso grew up as the heir of one of Mexico's greatest family fortunes. You’d think a life without struggle, right? Wrong. By the time he was 22 and running the family business Emilio anguished over how to leverage his family's wealth and influence for the good of humanity. The daily turmoil led Emilio down a path of awakening and consciousness. In this episode, we discuss unworthiness, telling ourselves a story – rather than experiencing what’s happening – recognizing when our strategies are no longer working, taking responsibility for how we show up, and questioning our thinking.
