- The past couple of months, I’ve been experiencing a pinching feeling in my lateral posterior right hip when doing modified side plank at half noon.
- I suffer from bunions, Morton’s neuroma, inflammation, bursitis, and arthritis. Can you give me any tips for managing these conditions while practicing yoga?
- I get painful, inflamed kneecaps when practicing LYT yoga. Is it something I’m doing wrong?
