How to Let Go of Anger (Feminine Rage) and Open to Love

When our GUIDED sister Sofia told me that she fully released the anger that she had been carrying for years by doing a simple practice that we shared with her, immediately I knew how important it was to bring her on the show to share her story. And it's not like she has her entire day to spend sitting in meditation or something - not at all.
